What we are looking for

Primarily, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, talented field sales professional to align with our company values, who has a desire to succeed and thrive.

You will be highly motivated, energetic, engaging and be passionate about delivering incredible customer service and customer experience.

It is essential that you have the drive to succeed, and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and contribute to our successful and crucial sales team.

You must also be committed to making a difference to children’s lives, through outdoor play spaces via the projects that you deliver through the customer experience that you deliver throughout our sales process.

About the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of the client relationship and the Timotay brand, and work closely with the clients to understand their requirements. For each outdoor space, understanding the objectives and aspirations is a key part of the role. During the consultation you will interpret the client’s needs, undertake site surveys and collate a detailed brief. An effective and flexible manager of time is essential in this field-based role as you will be expected to be self-motivated to manage your time effectively.

Working closely with our in-house design team to develop their bespoke play space is also a key part of the role.

In this sales driven and focussed role, you will be accountable for the development of your client base, drawing on your experience you will need to ensure that every client receives an outstanding level of customer service.

As an organised individual with a high level of initiative and excellent communication skills you will inspire with your natural flair for presentation and passion for the Timotay brand and proposition. This is a full time, permanent role with very occasional support to cover trade shows and stand management.

 The Successful Applicant: Experienced Sales Professional • Strong Communicator • Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills • Energetic and Enthusiastic • Highly Organised • Play Industry and/or Education Knowledge Desirable • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Full, Clean UK Driving Licence
