Accounts Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Timotay Playscapes designs and constructs inspirational outdoor spaces across a number of sectors, and based in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will be reliable, organised person who will be able to put their purchase ledger and admin experience to good use and effectively contribute to the smooth running of this small busy office.

Summary of Role Requirements

  • Purchase Ledger – checking invoices to Purchase Orders and coding all invoices prior to entering on to SAGE, Statement reconciliations, payments.
  • Assisting with company Time and Attendance system (Bodet) – record sickness, holidays, driving times etc
  • Ad hoc duties as necessary

Person Profile

  • A pro-active individual that can work on their own initiative and as part of a close team
  • Methodical
  • Good written and numerical skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SAGE50 and Job Costing
